安装传动前后传动轴和排气管

安装好轮胎的底盘，就可以降到地面上了，接下来就是等待车壳的吊装。

底盘段暂时告一段落，国内生产的越野车，基本上都是非承载式车身。也就是说，车身不承载全车的受力，因此这些越野车都带有底盘。有了坚固的底盘，才可以更好的进行越野活动。
而在底盘段组装的同时，车身和内饰件也在紧锣密鼓地组装当中……
从喷漆车间中，利用传送链条，将喷好漆的车壳吊装到总装车间的内饰工段，进行内饰的安装。

安装门内密封条等内饰件

安装后门锁扣等以及B、C柱的内装饰。

安装发动机舱隔音防火墙

安装整车控制电路，在底板上预埋线束，安装仪表台总成等

安装全车底板隔音、门板和安全带等

将内饰流水线上安装好的车身，吊装到底盘工段，然后进行组合，进行下一道的工序。
