目的：将车身、底盘和内饰等各个部分组装到一起，形成一台完整的车

本来运到总装车间的应该是包含发动机变速箱在内的底盘总成。但是我们有必要了解一下底盘总成是怎么组装的，因此先从哈弗的大梁开始。在哈弗的大梁上需要安装转向系统和其他不易安装的部件。

这个工序是给车辆安装悬架连杆等部件。

安装后备胎支架

安装后驱动桥壳体

后桥安装好后，再在其上安装螺旋弹簧。注意，不少同类越野车用的是钢板弹簧。

接下来是安装前双叉臂悬挂

接下来就是安装油箱，哈弗的油箱容积高达80多升

注意，此时的底盘是反置的，必须将其翻转180°后才能进行下一步工作。因此这道工序是给底盘上安装临时起吊钩。

用吊索固定住底盘

起吊然后翻转

正面放置好后再进行下一步工序

安装从底盘上通过的各种气液管路

然后再安装前减震器和刹车盘

安装后减震和刹车盘
